Before placing an order directly with Wisconsin Voter Lists, please read and complete the information in our Sales Policy Form and return it to us by mail or fax.

If you are placing an order on behalf of a governmental office and the materials are for official use only, we do not require you to sign the Sales Policy Form. Instead, we need a purchase order from the responsible department or organization.

Standard shipping is included in the cost of your order with Wisconsin Voter Lists. It will take us roughly 5 days to process your order. As soon as it's ready we will ship it via United Parcel Service. You should receive it one or two days after that.

Please plan ahead. We don't like getting last minute orders that could have been done days or weeks before. However, we know that legitimate last minute situations do occasionally arise. If you need us to get something to you faster than 5-6 days, we will try. We will also charge you $100 for trying.
